Legal Executive (Chuyên viên pháp chế)

Review & Drafting: Draft, review, and revise various types of contracts, legal documents, internal regulations, and company policies. Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice to the Board of Directors and departments on legal matters related to production, business operations, investment, commercial activities, and labor issues. Compliance & Risk Management: Identify and manage legal risks, ensuring all company operations comply with Vietnamese laws and applicable international standards. Conduct compliance risk assessments and prepare for, participate in, and report on compliance-related committees, councils, and governance meetings. Implement anti-corruption management activities. Licenses & Projects: Handle procedures for obtaining investment licenses, business licenses,and supporting M&Aprojects. Dispute Resolution: Represent the company or provide legal support in dispute resolution processes, andwork directly with government authorities, partners, and clients. Liaision & Reporting: Report to, communication with, and closely coordinate with LGIT Korea regarding legal matters and compliance issues. Align local legal strategies with LGIT Korea’s policies and support cross-border projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Law (Degrees in Economic Law or Commercial Law are preferred) Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel, legal specialist, or lawyer. (Candidates with experience in manufacturing, technology companies, reputable law firms are preferred) Professional Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Enterprise Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law, as well as regulations on investment, import-export, and intellectual property. Language:Proficient in English (mandatory).Proficiency in Korean is a plus.
