Work with related department in setting production plan.

Arrange manpower & machine to ensure production schedule.

Solve problem and arise problem that need to be overcome during the production process.

Control raw material, component, packing material product on the production line.

Control maintenance activity for machine & equipment in Production.

Maintain and continuously improve production capacity, efficiency, safety.

Improve and upgrade technology for production

Take over all tasks related to cost like estimating cost, budget, cost control program.

Organize internal training/guidance for production staff.

Implement appraisal for operator monthly, yearly.

Following Manager instruction.

Male.
Graduated from university with Engineering or Technical majors.
At least 3 years of experience working in the same position in manufacturing company.
Experience & knowledge of injection molding is advantage.
Understand & able to apply basic concept such as 5S, Kaizen, QCC, ISO… in working.
Fluent in English, Proficient in the use of computer office programs.
