•  Manage and coordinate all activities of the R&D department.
•  Plan and lead research projects to develop new materials aligned with company strategy.
•  Oversee product development projects involving UV-reactive materials, thermal materials, films, production processes, and formulations.
•  Evaluate material properties and product performance.
•  Manage R&D staff: training, performance evaluation, and team development.
•  Collaborate with other departments (Production, QA, Sales) to commercialize products.
•  Stay updated on technology trends and suggest new research directions.

Yêu cầu công việc

•  Age: Preferably 30 years and above (born from 1984 onward).
•  Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
•  Major: Chemistry or related fields.
•  Experience:

 At least 5 years of experience in R&D, preferably in large corporations such as LG Chem, Lotte Chemical, Samsung, LG Electronics, etc.

 Proven experience in leading R&D projects from concept to commercialization.

•  Technical Skills:

 Proficient in using analytical instruments such as GC-MS, FT-IR.

 Strong project management skills, including planning, task delegation, and performance evaluation.

 Excellent communication, reporting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
