• Assist the managing Director to prepare and manage client files.
• Contact clients to collect documents as per checklist and evidence to prepare applications.
• Ensure all client files are properly followed up, documented, and filed in accordance with the prescribed manners and systems…
• Draft Australian legal documents (Forms, Statutory Declaration, submissions…) according to each subclass and its requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree: English/ Literature or any equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in administrative and clerical tasks for at least 2 year on full-time basis in English speaking environment.
• Having experience or exposure in/to similar fields including immigration services, English translation, or visa application handling is highly considered.
• Excellent English language skills (IELTS test at 7.5 overall or equivalent in other English language test(s)).
• Ability to work well in a team and with minimal supervision.
• A can-do attitude and enthusiasm to acquire new knowledge and skills.
• Having a background in legal work and/or study is preferable but not a must.
