  • Handle and process all inquiries of customer.
  • Solving issues and complaints of customer in the right manner and timeline.
  • Responsible for acting as liaison between company and customer.
  • Closely coordinate with other related internal departments for smooth working.
  • Quality evaluation (reliability) to get approval for MP start on time.
  • Other job as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University graduate with any major, Engineering majors are preferred.
  • Prioritize candidates have experiences in electric/electronic/mechanical/automation manufacturing fields.
  • Prioritize candidate have language certificate (IELTS/TOEIC, TOPIK, HSK).
  • SI process knowledge and experience is an advantage.
  • Fresher is accept.
  • English communication is the must (Korean is an advantage).
