Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and updating of software and hardware.
Provide after-hours support, as needed.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on computer systems and equipment.
Replace or repair faulty hardware components.
Assist with user account management.
Install and configure operating systems and software applications.
Apply system updates, patches, and security configurations.
Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Monitor network performance and assist in optimizing network infrastructure.
Set up and configure network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
Train end-users on how to use hardware, software, and systems effectively.
Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
Implement and maintain data backup and recovery procedures.
Ensure systems are protected against viruses, malware, and other security threats.
Monitor and respond to security incidents.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.
Track and manage IT equipment requests and replacements

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance IT support capabilities.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software and operating systems.
Windows 10/11.
Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
Exposure to networking concepts (TCP/iP, DHCP, DNS).
Microsoft Business Central (Cloud) experience a strong asset.
Power BI reporting experience a strong asset.
IT certifications (ie: CompTIA A+, Network+) preferred but not mandatory.
Prior experience with troubleshooting hardware/software (internship, personal projects, or volunteer experience acceptable).

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, including the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users (In Vietnamese).
