PX Specialist

• Hiring and recruitment
• Posting job internally and externally
• Collect and do primary screening for first short lists
• Arrange and contact for interviews
• C&B
• Co-work with payroll team and third party on payroll administration work related to employee salary and bonus calculation, social security and taxation declaration
• Regularly update the changes of salary and benefits of all employees
• Employees data and profiles management
• Keep updating employees data in PX systems
• Proceed all labor contracts and agreements signed as well as addendums for changes and extension on time
• Control the hard P-files properly and well update.
• Budget and cost control
• Support on drafting periodical budget plans
• Make the payments for all costs relating to PX
• Other works assigned by Manager

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Work Experience:

• Preference will be given to candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR work in foreign companies.
• Strong in recruitment is a plus

• Have knowledge of Labor law
• Willing to learn and challenge with new things.
• Hard working, patient
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
• Strong interpersonal skills & able to work with the various levels inside/outside organization
• Good English skill
