Costing Data Analyst II

• Collect, clean, organize, and process costing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Tracking/Clarifying Tooling Amortization Report per each run sample stage for all brands
• Provide correct Ledger Report seasonally for all brands
• Perform data analysis and mining to provide Costing insights and decision support
• Order volume analysis by season by factory basing on styles number/colors
• LOP analysis by season by factory basing on order volume
• Analyze historical art work cost to identify improvement opportunities, strengthen negotiations, and drive cost optimization
• Develop and maintain data visualization reports and dashboards to showcase data analysis results and insights
• Build and maintain all footwear LOP/Artwork price dashboard to monitor movements and set data-driven targets to Costing Analyst for negotiation.
• Collaborate with various business teams to understand their requirements and provide data analysis solutions accordingly
• Provide full cost information to PD team and make decision
• Provide Matl team usage report they need
• Provide Planning team cost comparison information for making decision allocation
• Conduct end-to-end data management and analysis to ensure efficient and accurate data flow.
• Drive costing data quality, cleanliness, and consistency for FW costing team reference.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Relevant data analysis or data science certifications (e.g., Data Scientist certification) would be a plus.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or related fields.
• Experience in handling and analyzing large-scale data, capable of processing and analyzing complex business data.
• Successful experience in data visualization and report development.
• 1 year of experience in shoe field is a plus

Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis and processing tools such as Excel, VBA, Power Query, SQL, R, SPSS, Python, AI readings, etc.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Metabase, with data visualization and report development capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python and its common libraries (Pandas, Numpy), and familiarity with Jupyter Notebook for data analysis and model implementation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, able to accurately understand and grasp business requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with various business teams.
• Self-motivated and continuous learner, capable of updating and enhancing data analysis skills
