Senior Industrial Engineer (IE) Specialist

Product IE Data Verification & Standard Time Setting:

• Review IE data from Tech 1 to production (cycle time, manpower, machine utilization, etc. ) and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct detailed time studies (stopwatch, video, MOST/MTM or similar methods) toestablish accurate standard times for all critical operations.
• Analyze variances in IE time for the same product across different factories and for the same process across different products to support benchmarking and best-practice sharing.
• Maintain and continuously update the standard time database to ensure reliable IE data is available and leveraged by all relevant functional teams.

Product Family Classification & Maintenance:

• Develop and maintain a robust product classification “system” based on product data analysis. Classify products into appropriate families.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive manufacturing master data for each product family, including process times, standard EOLR, standard PPH etc. for better planning & vendor’s target setting.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation

• Provide IE input to cross-functional activities such as process FMEA, process engineering, work instructions, and labor cost standardization.
• Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations on IE analysis, findings, and improvement results.
• Support cost estimation and quoting by providing accurate data

Team Training & Development

• Train and coach production and factory IE team members on IE methods, standard work
• Stay informed about industry trends and directions about IE through continuous learning and self-development, and share relevant knowledge with the team.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Related certificate IE certification preferred (e.g. Six Sigma Belts, Industrial Engineering Professional etc.)

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or Lean
• Proven experience in time study, standard time setting, and methods engineering in manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles, techniques, and tools.
• Experience working in cross-region and multiple cultures.
• Knowledge of footwear/apparel business experience is a plus.
