QA Auditor

• Drive and conduct compliance audit regularly on the key QC/QA Programs to ensure the implementation of Deckers Quality Systems and Programs, submits non-conformance reports and follow up needed CAP’s and improvement status. Provide training and consulting as needed.
• Leads the QIP audit for all factories that are already been endorsed by the QIP Team to the QA Team for the continuation of the factory’s QIP Program implementation. Assist the QIP Team in the start-up implementation of QIP Program in new factories as needed.
• Monitor & track the quality locks/complaints/notifications/Defective Returns from DC or marketing team in patterner factories, verify the actions and improvements in coordination with Deckers’ Production Team and Factory Quality /QIP Teams.
• Responsible in quality data gathering and analysis for quality assurance.
• Any other tasks as may be assigned by superiors to pursue organization’s objectives.

Education & Any Certifications Required

• A college graduate, diploma/certificate holder of at least a four-year course.

Year(s) of Experience & Background Required

• Must have 2 years work experience in footwear industry.
• Good English communication and presentation skill.
• Proficient in MS office tools, i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Result-oriented and can work gracefully & objectively under pressure with minimum supervision.
