  •  Develop Company-Wide Training Programs:

 Develop and implement relevant policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

 Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments through job analysis, performance evaluations, and stakeholder consultations.

 Develop a comprehensive, company-wide training plan that addresses both technical and soft skills, including leadership development, compliance, and industry-specific knowledge and support career development.

 Facilitate internal training sessions as required, including the preparation of training materials such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning content.

 Utilize a variety of training delivery methods, including workshops, e-learning, on-the-job training, and external programs, to meet diverse learning needs.

 Measure training effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes, and adjust programs accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.

 Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new training methodologies to keep training initiatives current and effective.

 Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality training standards.

 Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes for reporting and compliance purposes.

  •  Oversee the DEEP C Academy:

 Lead the development and ongoing management of DEEP C Academy, the company’s internal learning and development platform.

 Continuously monitor, assess, and enhance the effectiveness and relevance of the academy’s offerings to meet evolving organizational needs.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar training and development role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.

• Experience managing learning and development platforms or academies is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

• Additional certifications in training and development are highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English & Vietnamese languages, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in developing training materials and leveraging e-learning platforms.

• Familiarity with HR software, learning management systems, and training tools.

• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing training challenges.
