Bottom Senior Costing Analyst

Planning – Responsible for planning T2 suppliers’ costing schedule and managing costing process within critical path dates.

Reporting – Prepare detailed reports on cost analyses and present findings and make recommendations for improvement. Create, maintain and track reports.

Analysis / Enhancement Projects – Utilizes key footwear knowledge and cost analysis tools to identify opportunities and findings to optimize costing processes, policies, standards and procedures to achieve target cost and margin.

Standard Costing/ Negotiating – Execute and maintain cost standard for products. Work with factory partners to negotiate and recommend and assist in the implementation of enhancements to the cost standard policy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise and implement innovative cost saving opportunities improving product margins and ensuring alignment on costing objectives.

Education/Certifications:

• University degree or above

Work Experience:

• 6 years of experience in footwear product costing.

• Experienced with footwear constructions and production process
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
• Strong business sense, analytical and reporting skills
• Strong work ethics and sense of ownership
• Strong with systems and advanced excel
• Fluent in spoken and written English
